My Story

It was 25th September 2024, when I got a mail that I was shortlisted for Technical Interview with D.E. Shaw. Till then I had completed 60% of the Decode Java + DSA course. I had my first interview in life on 27th September (4:30 p.m.) and being in second year (3rd semester) I had no idea and experience of interviews. Those 2 days I just revised the questions I had practiced till then managing college lectures parallelly. In the technical interview I was asked OOPS questions and one DSA question on binary search which I had already done in that course. That night I got a mail that I had HR round next day at 3:00 p.m. I prepared for it whole night. On 4th October 2024, I got offer letter for this incredible opportunity. I was the only one from my college who cleared all stages (essay, resume, OA, technical and HR). I am thankful to PW for this amazing course, because of this I was able to crack this opportunity out of 18,000+ applicants.
